Murat Uncuoglu

Known as one of Turkey’s most influential DJs, Murat Uncuoglu has traveled all over Europe, bringing his love of music and technology to the international stage. Murat started his career in electronic music at an early age. One of his first jobs after high school was importing foreign LP’s and CD’s to Istanbul. Murat’s vast knowledge of electronic music grew and soon he was performing at some of the hottest parties and clubs in Europe.

Upon his return to Istanbul in 1994, he embarked upon multiple projects such as becoming the resident DJ at Istanbul’s first underground club, the legendary 2019. Uncuoglu’s most memorable project has been the co-founding of Radio 2019, the first electronic music radio station in Turkey. He has been a major impetus behind placing Istanbul on club cultures international map.

Since then, Murat Uncuoglu has founded MiracleWorkz with his composer/singer associate, Aytekin Kurt. Together they have created remixes for Turkeys top artists including Tarkan, Sertap Erener, Levent Yuksel, and many more.
