Perimeter Sound Arts

Perimeter Sound Arts was founded on the premise of acoustic
experimentation and electronic manipulation. Loop designers Todd Milne
and Jeff Rhodes create sounds both eclectic and original. Milne is a
multi-instrumentalist with a taste for the exotic, merging world styles
with electronic processing to create sounds previously unheard. While
Jeff Rhodes mad-scientist tactics twist sonics through rhythmic
programming and synthetic creation resulting in a style all his own.
The overlapping of these divergent approaches results in an array of
sounds with an original edge.

In
addition to loop sound design, Perimeter Sound Arts specializes in
music for license to TV, movies, video games and other productions.

In addition to editing parameters to create custom patches, one
shortcut to designing original sounds is to chain several devices
together. Even though your synth might have great effects, running it
through a outboard processor or plugin will take the sound in a much
more unique direction
